This month the cladding to the main buildings and the boat house have continued making great progress across the museum.
Internally, the underfloor heating has been laid in the reception and exhibition spaces enabling the final concrete floor to be laid. This is the last floor to be poured which enable all the internal partitions to be erected defining the different spaces within the buildings. Plasterboard to some of the spaces has also started including in the café and learning space.
Externally, timber walkways are being formed and decking to the working jetty alongside the slipway is also underway.
